Description	This membership entitles an Institute/College to nominate an individual within an organisation. This membership is transferable within the organisation, so that if the nominated member is unable to participate in ATMA functions, another person may attend as proxy. There is one vote per membership. An Institute/College may hold multiple institutional memberships.
